At this time, due to the delicate and damageable nature of fine art photography and/or aluminum prints, I cannot offer any monetary refunds nor product exchanges on aluminum prints or photo prints. Please be sure you are choosing the correct piece for you prior to ordering. The only exception for exchange is if damage has occurred during shipment from Blue Urchin Studio Hawaii to the recipient shipped to on the order.
All shipments are insured during shipping (except for some international orders, see below). If damage occurs during shipment, an exact replacement piece will be made and shipped to replace the damaged piece. Photographic proof of both the damaged packaging and the damaged piece must be emailed to Blue Urchin Studio Hawaii within one week of receiving damaged product before a replacement piece is approved to be made. If no photographic proof of both damaged packaging and damaged product is received by Blue Urchin Studio Hawaii, the insurance and replacement of product is null and void. Replacement product type and style shall remain the same as the original order. Absolutely no monetary or credit card refunds will be issued, only replacement pieces.
SHIPPING POLICY (EXCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
All shipments occur through United States Post Office Priority Mail. Orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipment. Please allow 2 to 3 days for me to process the order. Sometimes I am out selling at art fairs and I need time to get into the studio. Aluminum prints take a minimum of 2 weeks to make and ship.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is currently available insured to both Canada and Australia. Normally the shipment will arrive in 10 to 14 days once shipped. Please allow 2 to 3 days to process the order. Sometimes I am out selling at art fairs and I need time to get into the studio. Aluminum prints take a minimum of 2 weeks to make and ship.
I cannot ship the largest aluminum print (24 inches x 36 inches) to international countries as large sizes require wood crates.
If you are in a different country, please contact me before ordering and include your shipping address so I can get shipment pricing information to you. On some international orders in countries other than Canada and Australia, shipping insurance may not be available. All risk is assumed by the international customer ordering the prints in these cases. Blue Urchin Studio Hawaii will not be responsible for any damage incurred during non-insured international shipments OR lost, non-delivered packages in these non-insurable cases. The customer will be notified prior to shipment if insurance to their country is not available.
All import taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Blue Urchin Studio Hawaii is not responsible to pay these duties.
